•  Facia with the exhibitor name and number board
•  Carpet covering the stand and the corridors
•  Electrical spotlight 300 watt per each 2.5 sq.mtr.
•  Socket for electrical use
•  Carpet cleaning
•  Area security
•  Parking for exhibitors

The fee for rental of space include:

· Exhibition space as ordered
· Free entry the exhibition catalogue
· Security 24 hours
· 20% discounted rates for advertisement at official exhibition's catalogue

Registration and Terms of Payment

· Applications for space lease should be made using the official Registration form >>
· 50% of the total fee must accompany the official Registration form
· The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the event
· All rates are quoted in EURO.

Assistance for overseas participants:

Transport, Customs clearance and Storage: These services can be booked in
advance: Transport to and from the exhibition complex, freight forwarding, customs clearance and storage. Exhibitors are advised to arrange their orders to arrive into Tripoli one month prior to the exhibition, to avoid delays in processing their order.
