Structured Stand:

·         Floor spaces.

·         Shell scheme stand of aluminum made and banners of 2.5m height & white Melamine.

·         Fascia with the exhibitor name and number board.

·         Carpet covering the stand and the corridors.

·         Electrical spotlight 300 watt per each 3 mtrs.

·         Socket of electrical use.

·         Carpet cleaning.

·         Area security.

·         Parking for exhibitors.

The fee for rental of space include:

·         Exhibition space as ordered.

·         Free entry the exhibition catalogue.

·         Security 24 hours.

·         20% discounted rates for advertisement at official exhibition’s catalogue.

Registration and Terms of Payment:

·         Application for space lease should be made using the official registration form>>

·         50% of the total fee must accompany the official registration form.

·         The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the event.

·         All rates are quoted in EURO.
